On Wednesday, 10th September, 2025, the Dakkada Skills Acquisition Centre (DASAC) hosted the leadership of the Ibiono Ibom South Youth Association (IBISYA) during a courtesy and introductory visit to formally present the newly elected executives of the association.
The delegation, led by Pst. (Comr.) Mfon John, President, and Comr. Ofonime Eyop (ASLT, NISLT), Secretary General, was warmly received by the management team of the Centre. The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful engagement on areas of mutual interest, particularly in youth empowerment, skill development, and capacity building.
Discussions during the visit centered on potential collaborations and partnerships aimed at equipping young people with relevant 21st-century skills that will enhance their employability, innovation, and entrepreneurial capacity. Both organizations expressed a shared commitment to nurturing the talents of youths and creating pathways for sustainable development within the state.
