The 11-chapter document features guidelines and principles to be considered in appointing and promoting Staff in DASAC.
The 7-man Committee was constituted on July 29th, 2024 and tasked with the responsibility of developing a draft Regulations Governing Staff Conditions of Service for DASAC, propose staff nomenclature and salary structure among other vital tasks that will promote a positive work environment for Staff of DASAC.
As a newly established Training Centre with no prior laid down blueprint for operation, having experts draft a Condition of Service that’s appropriate to the structure and purpose of our Centre is a bold and relevant step in its growth and sustainability in the long run.
We continuously work towards building a thriving workforce that will impact positively on our Trainees and the Centre at large.
